Layyah: The process of checking the parameters at petrol pumps across the district has been started. On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Amira Baidar, Assistant Commissioner Haris Hameed Khan conducted a surprise inspection of petrol pumps in Leah tehsil and Assistant Commissioner Anam Akram conducted a surprise inspection of petrol pumps in Kotlal Isan tehsil and checked the parameters. DO Civil Defence and DO Industries also accompanied the team on the occasion. During checking, discrepancies were found in the parameters at the petrol pumps on which spot fines were imposed.
